LESTAC-CY100 C5 Alicyclic Petroleum Resin is pale yellow granular,low molecular thermoplastic resin obtained from mainly polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic, 1, 3-Pentadiene (1,3-piperlene), dicyclopentadiene and some monomers, with some smell but lower price than C5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resin, mainly used in adhesive, rubber,tyre, paint, etc.

LESTAC-CY100 C5 Alicyclic Petroleum Resin is pale yellow granular,low molecular thermoplastic resin obtained from mainly polymerizing unsaturated aliphatic, 1, 3-Pentadiene (1,3-piperlene), dicyclopentadiene and some monomers, with some smell but lower price than C5 aliphatic hydrocarbon resin.
Applications:
C5 alicyclic hydrocarbon resin as tackifier resin,mainly used in high-tech rubber, radial tyres, bias tyres and other rubber compounding, marine paint nitrate paint, alkyd paint, epoxy resin, polyester paint which have an excellent compatibility with a wide variety of elastomers including natural rubber (NR), synthetic rubber, styrene polymers such as SIS, SBS, SEBS, SEPS, EVA and also have a good compatibility with the natural tackifying resins (such as terpene resin, rosin and their derivatives). This C5 resin also can be used for road-marking paints application. Additionally, this alicylic petroleum resin can be used in rubber compounding as tackifying agent, reinforcement, softening agent as well as the filling agent, etc.
